Spring 2013 Classes


I am pleased to announce the Early Spring Cooking Classes beginning Tuesday, February 26 and Thursday, February 28 continuing through March.

First, one of the most popular classes I have offered over the years is the Stocks and Sauce class. Described below and offered just once a year this 4 week series starts on Tuesday, February 26.

Second, a Sushi class (yes a Sushi class). Very exciting. Both demonstration and hands on instruction in the home preparation of Sushi. The class will be taught by a good friend, Jeff Nace, the owner and executive chef of Just Sushi in Cape May, New Jersey.

And third, three course meal preparations in Healthy French Cooking as taught by the French Culinary Institute. In each of these classes we will be preparing a Seasonal Dinner in the French tradition, but with an eye to Health.

Descriptions of all classes appear on the Class Schedule page  . As always, classes begin at 6:30 and last until about 9:00. All materials are provided. And while the schedule will appear on the website, reservations must be placed by calling (or stopping by the Cafe). All classes are pre-paid. 410 266 1511.
